Medal of Honor games are missing in EA app but were in Origin

Recently upgraded to Windows 11, I used to have Origin that contained my EA purchased games:

• Medal of Honor Pacific Assult
• Medal of Honor Warfighter
• Medal of Honor Allied Assult Warchest

These appear in my accounts purchase history for 2020-2021 in the EA website. The EA app does not show Medal of Honor games in my profile or My Collection. But I do have the option to re-purchase the games in the new EA app.

Hi @CaffinatedOD Can we try going through the following if you have not so far?

• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Hi Illium,

I have recently updated to the EA app and I am missing the expansions for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. I had these in the Origin app but not EA. If I select "Manage add-ons" I can see both Breakthrough and Spearhead list as installed. If I select the games "Properties" and then select "Browse" I can see they are still installed on my PC, they just aren't on the app.

In the store, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault War Chest (the version I have on disk as key I used to get the game on Origin) only gives me the option to "View in library".

I've tried the options you have listed previously but no new options have turned up on the app to let me launch either Breakthrough or Spearhead. I have also reported this on the apps "EA Error Reporter" under ID dce404c2-d626-4821-887b-86fe2b92b186

If you can offer any assistance I'd greatly appreciate it.
