Maximum Stamina only increased by 2 upon level up (was expecting 5) [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug Max stamina went up from 225 to 227 upon level up. Shouldn't it be 230? (assuming the previous +5 is still implemented)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Stamina only refills up to 227.
What do you expect to see? I am expecting the maximum stamina to be at multiples of 5. (So in my case, it should have gone up to 230 instead of 227.)

I am at level 31 and my stamina bar refills upto 231

I'm level 78 and have 278 energy (a vwry odd number). Whenever I level up I only get +2 stamina increase.
