Summarize your bug Maul stacking damage on seething rage does not reset if you finish the round with maul getting the kill with fervent rush. (Should reset when you use basic or fervent rush). Effects all modes with multiple rounds.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After multiple seething rush attacks finish a round with fervent rush. Can recreate video in mod battles 9e if your maul offense is high enough to one shot the sith assassin.

I activated this bug in geotb, causing my mual's to ramp up to 400k plus.
After some testing I managed to recreate the bug a mod battles (video attached)... where I ramped up his damage to 900k (should be under 100k)
This bug revolves around seething rage which gains 60% it time it is used. This bonus should reset if another skill is used. However, if you finish the phase with fervent rush and maul gets the kill you start the next phase with 5 stacks of anguish(which is correct), but seething rage bonus damage is not reset.
The bug impacts any battle with multiple rounds. The video below was made in mod battle 9e...
