Same here in EU and it's stupid one quest for Matti and the other two and I can't get it even started a new pilot and same happened

Same here, PS4 Pro. Jani, Dax and Matthias. My triple threat trophy hasn't unlocked either and I've literally done every quest in the game. All Javelins are GM1, almost GM2 suitable.

I just experienced this problem with Matthias right after Haluk goes to see Commander Vule I'm guessing to get more time for the seals.
