Matchmaking to chinese servers only (no matter which server i'm connected to)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Truly no idea. No amount of troubleshooting could find a resolution.

Since yesterday, trying to start a new game of Apex results in seeing little to nobody waiting in queue, or joining Chinese servers. I tried all the basic troubleshooting (rebooting, ipconfig check, ping ea.com, repairing/uninstalling, changing server location) and this issue only happens on this account. I tried making a new account and matchmaking was perfectly fine, on the same PC and configs.

I believe my account has been compromised, but can't quite tell how exactly. Hacked? I doubt so even changed the password. Shadowbanned? Do they even do that and why would my account be, if not for a mistake?

Just need the devs to look into the backend logs for my account and see what's up. Please spare me the regular troubleshooting steps; they don't work. The key is the fact a new account works, but not my original one...

I am having a simular issue since sunday but on PS4

I keep getting put into extremely difficult lobbies where most if not all of the teams are made up of a pre-made team, I can change servers or whatnot, it doesnt change anything,

but when I switch accounts to another one (one with 3k kills on it) I get way way less hard opponents, went from 1 out of 5 matches won with decent kills to almost no wins for an entire week.

I think some accounts are stuck in certain type of lobbies as a solo queue I see too many 3x Clan tags in front of peoples names

Unfortunately; no... Seems like neither support or EA Answers is willing to follow up properly on this. Disappointing.
