‘Master Of The Force’ Card is broken - plz fix

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug ‘Master Of The Force’ Card is broken - it almost never does the bonus damage. At max rank a fully-charged unleash should do a bonus 50 damage taking it up to 200 total which would 1-shot an unsheilded heavy. However, if you have the card and try this in-game, it almost never works.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try Yoda with max-rank master of the force card against a heavy. When unleash is fully-charged it should 1-shot the heavy but it almost never does.
What happens when the bug occurs? The star card doesn’t work and unleash doesn’t do bonus damage.

I've had the same experience with Master of the Force where it:

• Doesn't add damage to Unleash
• OR adds a damage "proc" to the agressor once Yoda reaches max blue bar from Block. This happens independent of activating Unleash.

It really seems that the dmg is only applied to his block ability, instead of his unleash ability, wich would make it much more worth. But it also seems that it doesn't quite work in multiplayer. It's a bit confusing that this bug appears after the patch where they said "Master of the Force Star Card now works as intended". I don't think that this is how it's intended.

How is it possible that after all this time that bug hasn't been fixed? The master of the force starcard still does completely nothing.
