How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug So its the same bug from the sith marquee event. You get a 7 star capitol ship and you cant get all the reinforcements until you click on 1 of the ships and go back.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? click the marquee event and it will only give you 2 reinforcements instead of 4 (with a 7 star capitol ship)

if you try to find geonosian pilots shards, it shows they drop in Geonosian Fleet event, but were only in 1st run of 1st tier
