It's actually "Strength is Power". The description says, Malicos' attacks can't be evaded, enemies defeated by him can't be revived. 

But this also carries over to his allies.

Anti Revive kicking in with all allies FYI and likely boosted damage from Omicron

with the omicron...correct. But this is not supposed to be active outside of GAC. Which is the case. The Omicron states that it's also with his allies. The ability without the omicron shouldn't be doing that. That's the whole reason why I made this post.
