Main Menu Crashing

So whenever ever I log into apex I get to the main menu I click continue and the screen goes black then gray and boots me to xbox home. I just got the heirloom to I'm super sad about this no clue what is happening

@uowoo The same thing has been happening to me. They are finally having a team look at it, now that they see many more people are having this problem. They have no time frame on when it will be fixed but at least they are investigating it. More people that voice this problem the high the priority it will become. Hopefully it will be fixed before the event ends ☺️
