Summarize your bug Hi, since the recent update whenever I load into a game of MUT or a challenge the game just gives up and crashes to the Xbox dashboard, is this a known issue, it seems odd that this has started happening after an update

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Thanks. I don't see anything on the account at first glance that could be an issue. Have you tried creating a new lineup under your roster section and made it BEST OVR to see if that fixes this?

@EA_Blueberry Hi, that’s good at least, yes I have tried with a new set of visuals etc as well as regenerating a new time with best overall

Hey there, just got back in today. Have you made any recent changes to the privacy settings on your console and if you visit profile.ea.com do have your language and region set to the same location you're playing from?
