Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug I am trying to sign up for Madden Rewards. Every time I try to answer my security question, it says ERROR and doesn't allow me to sign up.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try signing up for Madden Rewards
What happens when the bug occurs? Says ERROR, doesn't allow me to sign up.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to sign up for rewards normally.

What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? N/A
Enter RAM memory size in GB N/A

I am trying to sign up for Madden Rewards. When I answer my security question, it says ERROR, and doesn't allow me to sign up.

I Enter my security question answer and it says error

I’m trying to get mut rewards signed up to my madden account and I have to answer a security question for it but when I answer the correct question it says error bug reported. I have tried switching the question and answer but it won’t work
