Summarize your bug I attempted to retire and create a new character switching from Tampa Bay to New York Giants. I received a server cannot process your request error. And now I am unable to log into the CFM file at all.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? I am returned to the CFM loading screen
What do you expect to see? I expect to load into my CFM and play my games

The companion app shows 31 members while the console CFM join screen shows 33 members.  If possible can Tech Support remove unattached users.

We unfortunately have no means to make changes to this mode. I assume you are commish. Do any users in your league have control of more than one team?

No. I don’t have coontrol over any team as the Commish of the league.   I receive this error on the console and companion app.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Done all of that.  It appears it’s a server side issue.  When I sign on with another account and search the league it says there are 34 teams in the league but then says 31 or 32 members.

Were you at 32 human teams in the league when the changes were made? I believe this is related to a similar issue where a 32nd human team is unable to join a franchise once they were let go, leaving teams at 31/32 in the league. The team is attempting to address this soon.

We had 32 member then lost a member and I moved to open team when the error occurred.  We were able to get another account onto that team but now my primary account is in limbo while the original team (TB) is sitting vacant.  Sad that this has been going on since release and nothing has been done. Six months of time spent only to lose all that.  EA and Tuburon owe the consumers better for a full priced product.
