Madden 23 Solo Challenges Loading Screen Freezing

Summarize your bug Game freezes on the loading screen for specific challenges (headliners and campus heroes)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk if it happens with anyone else yet as it is the old gen madden, but I have not seen it anywhere else before
What happens when the bug occurs? Anytime I do those challenges, the game freezes on the loading screen with the x-factor list or updates until I either quit the game or turn off the xbox
What do you expect to see? That it finish loading so I can play the challenges

Same problem for me on PS5.  Particularly with the first TOTW solo challenge.

@skypoopr Same things going on with me on Xbox Series S. These challenges won't load and keep saying "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later" but it's been a long time.
