Madden 22 PS5 franchise freezing and not saving [ Edited ]

Having same issue.  WR going from superstar to x factor game.  Freezes when trying to upgrade players.  Played game and it ended up making me play against a copy of my team.  Once game was over it froze on loading screen.  Tried simming week and it froze when it got to next week.  Game unplayable.

I just saw the games title update but still no fix for franchise?

I am having the same issue in an online Ps5 franchise. I have a video of it locking up in the menu if I go to upgrade a player after this cutscene I can't escape (the save loads directly into the cutscene). The video is too large to attach here but if you want it please reach out.

Thank you for the details. From what I see this was not addressed in today's update and is still under investigation. If you're able to upload a clip to YouTube and drop the link in here we can always add that to our ticket for it.

@EA_Blueberry Still crashes for me. Franchise loads into the cutscene and then cannot do anything afterwards. I hope we don’t have to wait another month or two to get this fixed. Where can we get a refund?
