Madden 21 franchise mode game crashes after trying to end game

We have two scenarios here. 

The first is the file being unfortunately corrupted which we will not be able to recover. If this happens for multiple save files it helps point us in a direction of it potentially being a driver or PC issue we can fix.

Can you attach a DxDiag to your next reply so we can review your system specs? I posted the link on how to do it above.

It has been September 30. Tomorrow is October. I started my 3rd franchise offline, and still, during the 6th season, my game always freezes on the ending game loading screen then crashes. After logging back in and accessing the save file, it does not load anymore. That is what happed to my other franchises offline. I am attaching my dxdiag as per your instruction.

This is a known issue the team is currently looking into that was raised in our Madden NFL 22 forums. We will provide updates as soon as we hear more information on when the team has found a fix. We apologize for the impact this is having on offline franchises. We must ask you to play CFM if possible if you continue to seeing this mode crash with lost save files.

Yes, play CFM so the save files are saved to the servers in the cloud.

@MacMan5150 I am still aying madden 21 and I am a true franchise mode player. I am in season eight and I cannot get any further in game play. After a played game it crashes and gives me the error code CE-34878-0. Afterwards my file is corrupted and unusable for future use.
