Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug I load the trial up and when the main menu pops up to show me which game modes I can play it only allows me to pick between super star KO and the yard if I select the news tab it will bring me into MUT but when I start a solo challenge up the game crashes everytime
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I genuinely don’t know how to find it because if I use another account that also has the trial everything is fine idk why it’s happening to this account
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes when I try to load up a solo challenge in ultimate team if it even allows me to get into it
What do you expect to see? To have the fixed before the games official launch

I really love playing madden but I just can’t seem to get the game to work

When you have the chance can you try out some troubleshooting to see if it helps at all? 

First, I'd recommend starting off with the basic connection steps over at the EA Help site. If you're still having trouble after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let me know if it's still crashing after that.

Summarize your bug Gets to make screen hub can’t click on any of the modes. You click on it and it will act like it’s loading and the send you back to the main menu and then it just won’t let you click anything.

What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t click any game modes just stuck at main menu
What do you expect to see? It fixed so I can play the trial

I’ve wasted so much time of my trial just rebooting it and hoping it will work. I’ve even tried redownloading the trial. Nothing. Every time I load up the game it freezes or it glitches at the main menu and won’t let me click on anything. I’ve checked my internet, Ive done everything.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level challenges 11 and 18. Has crashed 5 times of 9 attempts to load a challenge.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes and I must reload.
What do you expect to see? I expect to move to the next challenge.
