Summarize your bug Everytime I try to start a solo it freezes then crashes my game no matter what I do even when I play head to head on ultimate team I get a infinite loading screen
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ea fix it ASAP
What happens when the bug occurs? My game crashes
What do you expect to see? This stuff gets fixed or I want a refund for what I spent on this game

The team is aware of this and still investigating it, but others have found a workaround in this post by removing what you have selected under your team visuals and going to the lineup tool (under your roster) and resetting it to the best team overall.

what i did to fix mine was just get rid of the team visuals and mine worked.

@EA_Blueberry in my lineup tools section I don’t have an option for best team overall I only have the option to change active lineup

When you click on Change Active Lineup create a new lineup and the Generate Best Lineup should appear. 

In the top right of your lineup screen does it mention Salary cap? You'll need to finish your Salary Cap season to unlock your MUT team, then try the steps.
