They're not going to respond to you because they have no intention of fixing it because they decided to take this feature out of the game and didn't tell us and won't even admit it.

@Shamaur7I see the compare page on your screenshot, but can you actually ever see stats when you open it?If so, could you post a screen shot of that? I haven't ever been able to see my or my opponents stats in '19 or '20.
