Well guys I know we’re all out here getting ignored and screwed by a company who refuses to fix a simple problem. Im still upset, I started my protest today, the new FIFA 20 was looking fire but guess who's not buying it? I’m in all seriousness passing on it, FIFA 19 for the next 5 years for this guy until I check a post that sees EA has actually done something about MADDEN H2H RANKINGS.-$60 dollars loss EA l. Can’t wait for someone else to come out with a football game.

I opened a ticket with EA Help Team and the rep I spoke to assured me that the next patch update will fix this issue... see my attached chat log. Lets see if they keep their word and this finally gets fixed for us.

When I am going to head to head it no longer allows me to see my rank in the world this is a bug not syncing the world to my Xbox I have talked to someone and we have went through many things please solve this soon.
