Mad Maggie Ultimate SFX looping infinitely

On stepping on one of the boost pads dropped by Mad Maggie's ult, the boost sound effect looped infinitely until i left the lobby. I am not entirely sure what I did to trigger this other than running on an enemies boost.

I also had this problem plus the ult didn't speed up my movement.

Bumping this. I've had the same issue with my own ult multiple times, and can provide a couple of video examples if needed.

The only way to stop the audio is to step on another pad at a later time, or to leave the lobby.
