I just login into my MUT rewards, I have been buying packs since the game released early on EA Play. I go to check my count and it’s on 0. Who can I contact to fix that? Please and thank you

Summarize your bug Mut is not counting my pack openings to my Mut rewards account. I have contacted EA HELP x2. They directed me to post here.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By checking my MUT rewards
What happens when the bug occurs? When purchasing packs with money or coins I am not receiving credit on MUT rewards. Pack openings remains at zero
What do you expect to see? The number of packs I have opened in MUT to increase when purchasing and opening packs

Hey everyone, 

The Madden team is still working on getting this issue fixed. Unfortunately we haven't heard a confirmation of when it will be resolved. Hopefully we'll have it sorted out soon. The team will most likely make an announcement to let everyone know when it's fixed, but if we hear any direct updates before then we'll be sure to share them with everyone as well.

In the meantime, there is an app (Madden 21 Companion) that you can link to your EA account.  This app will contain your correct count.  Just log in and make sure you're using the correct gamertag on the bottom, based on what system you play on.  Then go to Rewards, Rewards Stats, and you'll see your packs along with a whole bunch of other info.
