MUT Power up card, won't power down

Before MUT dropped more LGs in MUT 20, I completed solos and power up for Andrew norwell...

Ever since I have not been able to un-power him up. Everytime I try to refund upgrade, an error pops up saying "servers cannot process this request at this time". And kicks me back to main screen.

Also I payed double the training to get identifier on him as it disappeared from card, saying I did not have it purchased or eqquiped in upgrade menu. But I could still activate from adjust lineup screen

same boat. beyond frustrated. if ea doesn't do something to make this right I will take my all money spent antics to something more worth while.
