[MOD RELATED] TV Channels are gone! Only movies are available! [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? The Sims 4, Movie Hangouts, Get Together, City Living, Get to Work, Cats and Dogs, Backyard Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Outdoor Living, Spooky Stuff, Spa Day, Parenthood, Cool Kitchen, Toddler Stuff, Holiday Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check tv's to see if channels pop up or not.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever my ask my sim to watch tv, there are only movies available.
What do you expect to see? There should be options to have channels alongside with movies.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Yes you have to always update them.

As for version 1.51.77 these packages do work:

so that you get the channels back and are able to watch movies alone.

@LadyBella3000 I have same problem and after all mods updates nothing change. I like playing with mods so I’m not going uninstall them. Still upset because those tv channels are nice and helpful. Oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️

This thread is quite old, but those same initial troubleshooting steps would apply in this case if you do change your mind in the future.
