This bug IS NOT MOD RELATED. Only 1 person said that it had to do with mods, everyone else said they had no mods. Maybe you should take that out of the title, and treat like an actual bug! I just had the same issue.

In 2016 it was a mod. Since then a lot has happened that's why I've asked for a new thread. See above.

I'm going to lock this now.
