Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the Aspirations window, the tab displaying the list of aspirations of each category does not have an scroll bar which causes aspirations to overlap with their milestones descriptions.
What happens when the bug occurs? Aspirations list overlaps with their milestones descriptions
What do you expect to see? Aspirations list to have an scroll bar
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

That's a mod you're using right ? I do see the issue of the scrollbar but on an unmodded game, it fits, so there's no need.

I'm pretty sure, they'll add the scrollbar once needed. For now, it will need to be taken to the modders.
