Our league has the same problem too. It's been stuck for a few days now. It's not counting any threes we made.

Summarize your bug I found out 4 to 5 days ago that our total league 3 points made for the fan favorite program is 20594 and now it is still 20594. The 3 points made is not increasing, even though we have our daily tournaments. Our league name is Ginebra Gin Kings.(with the Sacramento Kings logo).

What do you expect to see? Fix is as soon as possible.

Dear EA, The fan favorites program has been working fine ever since it came out, untill I found out 4 to 5 days ago that our total league 3 points made is 20594 and now it is still 20594. The 3 points made is not increasing, even though we have our daily tournaments. Our league name is Ginebra Gin Kings.(with the Sacramento Kings logo). Hopefully, you can fix it as soon as possible.

Summarize your bug Despite playing every day and hitting three pointers, the total number of threes for a league does not increase for fan favorite achievements. This makes it impossible to get the rewards locked by a total number of threes. This is not a problem with a phone or any device as it is league wide and the commissioner and others have deleted/updated the app. This is a glitch in the game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at a league and see that their total # of 3 pointers is not increasing
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens per say outside of our experience being ruined. We just don't get the in game rewards we earned.
What do you expect to see? Fix it immediately and give us all 3k threes as recompensation for the time that was missed. This problem is ruining my in game experience and is at least two weeks old. It has already cost us rewards.

Can you please also post a timestamp (Date and time with timezone e.g 8/8/17 18:54 PST) of a league game where a three pointer was scored but did not count toward the league achievement?

Our league Lords of the Rim has the same problem. It's been over a week and the 3 pointers for Terry Porter are not being counted. I've reported this to all EA help contacts. Multiple times. Doesn't anyone in your IT department know how to fix this? Pretty frustrating that a company of your size and reputation can't solve an issue with one of your major promos. Help all these leagues out. Will you? Thanks

This problem is worlwide. Just made a contact with your support team. Only solution to fix this with an update by your developer team.
