Low Profile not applying correctly

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Shooting a Wingman at a Legend with Low Profile

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Legends with Low Profile receives damage reduction. I noticed this when I shot one with a Wingman and the numbers pop up as 42 instead of 48.
What should be happening instead? Legends with Low Profile should take 5% increase in damage.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Shoot any Low Profile Legend with any weapon and calculate the numbers and see if they add up.
