Lost my update

★★★ Newbie

It is really funny my problem seems to be alone after starting and updateing my TS4 and playing serveral hours all worked really good.

the second day with Sims 4 was the day where the bad things happend. My created famaly wont load and the error message is the file you want to start cant be loaded cause the game saved on a newer update you currently have, i thought first it was an origin porblem cause it wont connect to EA but after 3 days same prob. The second bug with my secon try famaly is the time key dont work after an hour trying it worked but only with the NUM key´s.

After this two problems begun i became an extra one when i quit The SimS4 the comes an incredible sound for 30 sec that brings your head to explode and thats exact for the time Windows need for the shutdown from TS
