Lost everything

This was one of my favorite games, I had been playing it for over two months amd was level66 (kind of ironic) and had a few 7* chars and lots of 5 and 6* chars. I went to play today and it said to sign in to my Google play. This happened from time to time but I had no issues with it. Today the f****** tutorial started playing. Everything was gone. Wtf. Can somebody help me out or is it a lost cause?
