Lost everything on account besides progress Level Season 9 update

What happens when the bug occurs? I lost everything on my account besides Level. Skins, currency, etc. Reverted back to starter account besides retaining the current level.
What should be happening instead? Should have never occurred in the first place. Should have never lost account info such as that.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know, maybe the coding?

Lost all cosmetics, materials, currency, etc. Account was reset while retaining progress level.

had the same issue, seems to have fixed itself with just closing it and waiting it out for a little while like suggested.

Im Sinfuloverlord66 on PSN Apex legends, and this happened to me directly after i played an arena match. My progress on the pass remained and some of my stats are still there. But ALL LEGENDS (purchasable), HEIRLOOMS, COSMETICS, QUIPS, SPRAYS, SKINS, AND FINISHERS ARE ALL GONE.

These included event exclusive items too, so not impressed Respawn, EA, whoever screwed the Playstation 4 version up. Im too scared to even continue now incase you aint gonna give me the stuff i paid for!!!!

Edit: went to take photos and found it all returned after a 10min reset, though had to set all my faves and banner cosmetics back. Don't know what fixed mine but my guess is it isnt solved yet...idk...still scared incase it happens again...lot of money spent

@FlameDeity66 my main account got hacked so ive approached ea... and some agent asked me to make a new account and he linked my psn to that new account but since my old email was my main email i linked my psn back to that account so i lost all my cosmetic and my heirloom on apex and now i dont know what to do.

I logged in to amazon prime to get a free apex skin then all my brought characters gone i had loba octane revenant including my weapons skin my xbox gamertag is fxtediff
