Hello couple of days ago I bought 10-10 (20 total) packs. While I was opening the 8th pack. I saw the red lights of heirloom set. Then game freezed because of my internet connection then I had to alt+f4. The relogged in game. My pack is still there unopened. I opened it again and no kunai just some * rare items. I should have the kunai it's the rarerest item. Can anyone do something about this?

I just spoke an advisor. I thought he has some mental or emotional issue. They do nothing about my case.
