Summarize your bug I just logged into the game to collect my Territory Battle rewards. I collected them successfully. I then went to equip some of the gear on a character, and when I pressed on "upgrade" to upgrade the gear level, nothing was happening. I clicked it a few more times, and nothing, so I forced closed the game. When I went back in, my character was not upgraded, and I didn't have any of the TB rewards anymore.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
