Hi. Ever since the February 25, 2019 Patch update it seems all 4 of  my sim’s Progress in Careers, Hobbies, & even Relationships have REGRESSED to lower levels.  

Some of their past Careers & Hobbies were not even showing up as if they had never been started. 

 

I already finished the majority of Careers/Hobbies / Relationship Stories and have the Reward Clothing & Unlocked Items to prove the 100% Level completions. 

If necessary, I can provide screenshots of clothing & items to prove this, but I thought there would be too many to post, otherwise I will if requested. 

 

Its so frustrating when I want to participate in any events now because I’m not getting the Maximum amount of Simoleans 

from my 4 playable Sims, so I’m just doing Quick events 

 

I also wanted to put my one sim in the stylist career after buying the Styling Chair with no success & thinking it was a new patch bug, so when I went to move him back into his old/ original career, it costs me 3000 simoleans.

 

I’m not going to attempt any more changes until I can get this all straightened out,  

 

I would really appreciate help getting this mess sorted ASAP

Not sure what I should do next?  

Please Help before I miss out on any more Special Events!

Could you share some of your screenshots? Just a few key ones that show the issue with the amount of Simoleons you earn.

I have the same problem too. Although my progress for career and hobby have not regressed, I had to pay 3000 simoleons for a career I'm already done with. Attached are proof of photos of the career being complete. I had to earn those simoleons just to start a new career. It's frustrating.

You can contact them through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

I followed the steps you posted and sent the screenshots to the tech handling   “ My Case”.  

Hopefully this will get resolved quickly, as I’m missing out on the 3rd Quest now Frown

Hi again. 

Well the issue still has NOT been resolved.  The last email I got from a tech was dated March 11, 2019. when they asked me to give out stickers to try a force save-which I immediately did 

 

I’ve gotten emails from 3 different techs & replied back to each one, 

but the last one wanted to know if I still needed their help—which I still do since my 4 Sims are still stuck at level 5 & not progressing in Careers, Hobbies and Relationships and the game is not recognizing my past Level 10 (100% progress) that includes the level 10 amount of simoleans I should be getting for Quick, Standard or Long Events.

 

Nor does it recognize furniture or clothing that I worked toward in the Career, Hobbies and Relationships, even though they have the big green checkmark in my inventory or displayed in my house. 

 

Today I couldn’t click on “Resume” to get back into “ My Cases” so I could ask for any updates on when this bug might be getting fixed. 

 

Im really getting frustrated and will be missing the 4th  Quest/ Event since the February 25, 2019 Patch which screwed up my game. 

 

Who else  can I contact  or what else can I do to get the ball rolling again?
