Lost Heirloom I previously own

As David mentioned, that banner pose is the "Multidimensional" banner pose, which is an epic pose that can be obtained via Apex Packs.

The banner pose for the Heirloom looks much different and is called "Fearless"

- Are you sure you can hold the heirloom in the pose without actually owning the heirloom?

- I remember it crystal clear that I opened 500 packs and redeemed the heirloom before the mystic skin

@EA_David Can you find me a list history of heirloom shard acquirement and when they are redeemed?

I understand the confusion around it but yep you can use that pose without owning the heirloom. 

Unfortunately I can't see any proof of getting shards in a situation like this. Even the heirlooms I can verify are technically opened from a pack (that's granted whether from an event or a shard purchase). I'll consult with a specialist on this matter, but I don't think there's anything I missed.

I think we can try to match up my shard acquirement/redeem history with my in-game payment history?

I think I found my stuff is (maybe )lost when chatting with friends during around oct.2022

I mean I definitely understand you cant recover my heirloom if such record no longer exists on your system.

But I also find it hard to believe that my memory was to blame.

So this is super frustrating.
