Lost Account Information

My phone randomly forced me to re-activate my phone. I signed in with my appleid and now my game is set me back to the tutorial. I was mid 60s level player! Please help me get my data back. My screen name was AiMless.

@dionserra Hi,

Were you using Game Center before? If so try signing in via Settings > Game Center to see whether you can recover your account that way.

If that still does not work, do you still have your older player ID or ally code? If so contact us following the advice here: https://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-contact-support-for-star-wars-galaxy-of-heroes/
