Lost 62 battle pass levels

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. In the lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I lost my season 5 stats, 62 levels exactly and many skins.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 2/3
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Likely 2 weeks ago, but I can’t remember
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I lost almost all my progress due to server crashes (season 5 battle pass, more than a year ago.) and I need help recovering this items. EA Help says that is a “compromised account problem” and they can’t do nothing about it
What should be happening instead? I don’t lose my things.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try crashing your game a lot. I receive after a CE-34878-0. Reinstalled and the server changed my level.

Apex devs please (I'm almost begging), give me my Season 5 pass stuff back! or at least compensation for an inconvenience that is not my fault! The servers crashed so much that my game made me lose 62 levels of the season 5 pass, ironic, isn't it? I would love to get my items back, but EA Help apparently can't help me because it's a security issue since "my account has been compromised." and that already makes sense, since only I have access to my account. I'm really willing to talk, as I want my items back, and if that's not possible, we can talk secondary options. And if it is not possible, I may have to resort to a judicial means, to recover the money I spent (which in my country is a won cause).
I await an answer and I think we can dialogue. Proofs are attached bellow, and I can send my transaction history if necessary
