Loss of all skins - Celebration edition.

Earlier today all CE content was locked. (Steam).

Just reinstalled DLC (right-click > View DLC > “install” untick, close, reopen DLC window and retick the “install”) and it worked again

I've got the exact same problem. Skins were all there yesterday.

i did repair of game instalation now content is back (Origin)
