Loot falls through trash bag and becomes unreachable

What should be happening instead? Loot should fall on top of the trash bag and be reachable.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Travel to the location shown in the provided picture 2. Throw something small enough to fit in the trash bag model 3. Find that loot falls through the model and becomes unreachable

My best guess is that either this specific trash bag or all trash bags have no rigidbody and cannot be physically interacted with. This would explain why objects can fall through it and, once they are no longer in sight, become unreachable.

I've attached a picture showing the location (minimap) and exact trash bag where the bug occurs.

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) not sure but could look it up if necessary, i recorded it
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Sometimes loot ticks are around garbage bags. Sometimes hop ups from them will drop on the floor below the garbage bags. At that point the hop ups will not be possible to pick up because they are fully obscured by the garbage bag.
What should be happening instead? It should be possible to pick up the item.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Test loot ticks standing around garbage bags. Look in the map editor and check that collision allows hop ups to be picked up around garbage bags. If you can't find the exact place this happens, I could look it up, as I have made a recording.

This isn't a huge bug, but it can be a bit frustrating, especially if it eg happens with a turbocharger.
