Summarize your bug When looking at a gear in shipments to see who can use it sometimes it only shows 4 characters when there should be many more. Going back out and in again it shows the correct characters.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open shipments when just starting the game and open a gear that many characters need. See the 2 pictures attached.

When looking at a gear in shipments to see who can use it sometimes it only shows 4 characters when there should be many more. Going back out and in again it shows the correct characters.

Thanks for the report. We flagged this as a bug. It appears that it can occasionally show only the Favorite characters when first tapping on a piece of gear, but on a second tap it shows all the characters.

Quite often, when I go to buy a piece of gear(from any shop), the incorrect number of characters that can use it are shown, and it's almost always a huge difference. This has been happening for quite some time now.

For example, just now, in the basic shipments, I went to possibly buy the Mk 5 BlasTech Weapon Mod Prototype. When I first tried to buy it, it only showed 4-5 characters needing it. Since I knew of this issue, I double checked, clicking it again, and saw that I have about 30 that actually need it.
