Log in issue. I can't log in to my acc.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I tried to log on to my accunt with my email and my password, than it loggs on. The google play icon says the right name when I log in, but in the game I cant see my caracters, and it shows that I loged in with someone else's accunt. (I t even changed my in game name too) And no matter how many times I try to relog on my accunt I cant get back my old caracters. Also I made sure that I logged in with the right email name and passworld. It started to occure when a timed out sceen pooped out. In the list of players I maneged to find my old in game accunt. I only know my ally code becuse one of my friends play this game too and he could look it up in the friends list.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just logged in on my accunt
