Lobby ready bug

Product: Apex Legends
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number geforce gtx 1650 4gb
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? MagnusSwedenberg
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Menu after match.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Returning To menu.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 1
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Pressing the "Ready" Button after a match doesn't do anything and I also can't see when others are ready.
What should be happening instead? Should be able to see when others and myself are ready.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.

A temporary fix for the bug is that I have to return to the main menu and then rejoin the lobby, but after the next game the same thing occurs again. Reinstalling or restarting Origin or the game doesn't help. I also stay in the lobby when the game start if I don't go to the main menu to rejoin the lobby.

Hi, I have the same problem, I already try the troubleshooting, but is still not working

Also cannot click ready, and on my ID says "Unknown"

Please help I have 4 days

Have you tried resetting the password on your EA Account to see if that helps? Sometimes that can do the trick with that type of error message.

Hi, that did not solve my problem to be able to play apex Yesterday it was 6 days with this problem and I already did everything on my side with my Internet provider and no network problem was found The game won't let me start it sends me messages Unable to Sign In EA account " "Unable to connect" When I get in, it doesn't load my ID and it won't let me join to play with friends and it won't give "ready" to start a trios / rankeds and duos game.

Have you tried changing to a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes a difference? You can change the DNS through the Windows TCP/IP Settings. You can find more details on how to get there at the Microsoft Support website

 

If you choose the Manual option you can enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually suggest the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but I've also heard that using the public Cloudflare DNS (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1) can also help.

Im playing on ps4 and this bug started to happen at the begging of season 10 and it’s still happening i have no idea what to do and i have to rejoin the lobby to play w my friends or solos. Im ready but i’m still not joining the game this * is driving me crazy
