Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I would come out of a match and go to ready up again to go straight into another match but it says my teammate is in another match when he isn’t I have to close my application and load back in to go again
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Sitting in the lobby after coming out of a game

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Just one can’t play matches over and over it happens after every match

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? It says my teammate is in a match and when I ready up he enters the match and I don’t it just says party is not ready
What should be happening instead? I should be losing into the match
