What happens when the bug occurs? When you throw Lobas ring into the fans outside Caustic Takeover you get stuck in the fans without any way out. It does not shoot you up.
What should be happening instead? The fan should shoot you out,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Throw ring into vents.
Also the game will exit full screen at random.
