Missing Loadouts at deploy screen- persistent until restart

Same issue here on xbox series x.  It happens around 2 games, then if I backout off game and go for next game seems to be corrected.  I just dont like to back out of games once in them.

In all out war I can't change my load out at all. I can change specialists but the load out section is greyed out so I have been stuck with the default m4 class Everytime in that mode. Restarting and rebooting doesn't seem to help this problem for me either. I've rebooted the game and console several different times and it hasn't changed.

I have also noticed that this happens with new games and not games that I'm joining in the middle of. So if the game is already started I can select everything my Loadout primary secondary throwable my Gadget what specialist I'm using but if I'm starting the game everything is blank and there's a picture of The Specialist and then I can choose a specialist but that's it and it gives me a default loadout

Heres a screenshot of the issue. Still happening today. I have no issue changing my loadout in solo bot mode, but in online play I can't.

I been having an issue where my loadout just won't load in AoW mode, I haven't touched the other modes yet. But I cant use the weapons I wanna use because it won't select the gun I want so I start with the m5a1 and glockenspiel, im able to choose what attachments I want on them but I want my dm7.

Anyone else having this problem?

I jump in and play one match and everything is fine. The next match that boots up is missing all loadout information and I am unable to select any premade loadout. I am unable to customize my loadout as well during the match and select new weapons to use before deployment. They simply will not select. This is happening in all game modes and playlists.

How do we work towards new collection unlocks if this persists? How do we work towards unlocking new player card personalizations if this continues?

Summarize your bug Upon loading into games, on the occasion I am unable to see my loadout and gadget selection instead a black background appears where the weapons and gadgets should be. I can access the operator, sometimes access the weapons and accessories, but regardless of what I select, I am given a random weapon selection. This has happened a few times but upon a server restart the bug clears. On one occasion, the bug occurred and did not allow me to deploy in the game at all, I could not click on squamates nor could I click on sectors that were in the control of my team
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just by playing I'm assuming you will encounter this.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game seems to play normally most of the time but you will be unable to select weapons and make changes to load out or operator
What should be happening instead? Should be able to select weapons and gadgets and make changes that stay for the duration

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just load in to a solo or coop game on * series X and 90% of the time you cant deploy or choose loadouts etc
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens you can't do anything but to quit out to the menu which resets everything to default
What should be happening instead? The game should be working

Is anyone else having this issue? My partner plays it on pc and doesn't seem to have this issue, it seems to be on console more than anything. We couldn't play PvP last night (thank god) so we tried the coop which I knew was an issue for me but she and her other PC buddies loaded in fine but I had to keep backing out and rejoining for it to load up my loadouts bit as I said above when I back out to rejoin everything I've set on my specialists (skins) and weapons etc resets to default and I'm having to reapply them. It also happens with multiplayer Aswel. I hope this issue really gets fixed quickly as the game really is no fun at the moment and with going up against PC players. Let us turn off crossplay like we could in the beta without having to turn it off in the console settings (which I tried for science and didn't find one game and it backed out from searching) 

Have we heard from dice regarding these issues?

FYI my comments about playing with pc players I mean that in no disrespect at all PC players have a far more advantage over console players that all.
