Summarize your bug Unable to choose load outs The loadout areas are blank and when you choose loadouts or tactical etc it doesn’t keep them and just gives you the same default loadout - can’t change guns etc
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Seems to be related to when you pick to start in a vehicle but then you don’t start in the vehicle you just start standing on the ground but sometimes happens whenever after that’s happened
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t change guns between deaths Can’t choose your loadouts or tactical or anything And then gun you do get is a default - with no attachments that you already had unlocked
What should be happening instead? Should be able to change and choose loadouts like normal

Hi everyone,

As part of Update 4.0 we have included a fix for the most common cause of the empty Loadout screen bug. We've since been monitoring the frequency of this bug via our tools, and we're happy to report that we've resolved the majority of occurrences.

We did find another very rare occurrence of this issue. However, it is infrequent and our expectation is that the majority of you will not experience it. We're targeting a fix for that in a future update.

Lastly, we'd like to say a big thank you for your reports and patience while we've worked to resolve the different bugs that could cause your Loadout to be empty.

@Grumpy-G12iMM I’m getting the same thing on ps5 - sometimes you can’t switch guns or load outs and are stuck on a single fire assault rifle for a game

Summarize your bug As per a similar/same error in the Beta, it looks like sometimes the specialists won't have any availablel loadouts or displayed weapons.  Although it looks as though weapons can be selected, it doesn't actually commit the change; I'm unable to spawn into game with a selected weapon, and I don't have a gadget either (presumably because I can't select one)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown - Stay in matchmaking until it happens.
What happens when the bug occurs?  Loadouts arent available, and selecting weapons does not commit the change when you spawn in game; it appears as though we spawn with pre-selected weapons, and no gadgets.
What should be happening instead? Loadouts and weapons should be selectable

Summarize your bug Customised loadouts in the main menu are not correctly saved in multiplayer when deploying. Gadgets and throwables are correctly displayed however all changes made to the gun including attachments and appearance are not shown or saved correctly in multiplayer matches.

What happens when the bug occurs? using "on the fly feature" LB, gun attachments I customised in the main menu are not displayed. In addition, appearance is also not correctly displayed in game.
What should be happening instead? gun attachments should be saved as well as appearance

Summarize your bug Specialists and Loadouts during the spawn menu at the start of the game are invisible and stay the same for the duration of the match. You can select a specialist but cannot select a loadout (there are none available). You can not change weapons or add attachments (doesn't let you highlight any weapons). If you select a vehicle at the start of the match, it will not spawn you in the vehicle when the timer reaches 0, instead, you have to spawn on the ground. When you return to the menu it will show that you have already spawned in the vehicle you selected but it will never spawn or reset. All vehicle loadouts are whipped but can be customised in the spawn menu. All specialist cosmetics are taken off. When the game is over, all specialist and vehicle customisations are reset to default, only the loadouts are saved. During the game, the weapon you spawn with depends on the specialist you are playing (M4A5 for Mackay, Marksman rifle for Borris) and does not include any attachments that you have unlocked.
How often does the bug occur? ~25% of matches
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Occurs randomly when starting up a match. seems to be a common occurrence in the Oceania region.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't see or select loadouts or weapons at spawn. Can only change specialist and vehicle customisations. All customisations except for loadouts are reset to default when you return to the main menu.
What should be happening instead? loadouts/weapons should be visible and changeable. customisations should all still be saved when returning to the menu.

@rekoj1806I think you might be on to something about it affecting Oceania, I basically always have to play without a loadout (maybe 1 in 20 matches it is available), and it affects both me an my cousin, you'd think an issue like this would have more traction if it was impacting the larger playerbase.

Even if I don't touch the portal mode, all my loadout data is missing when going into standard All Out Warfare multiplayer
