Summarize your bug Stuck on loading screen, no messages, no loading. Allies inform me that I appear to be level 1 when they look at my profile.

There are a few things you can try that have worked in the past for this and similar issues.
We have able brought this to the teams attention for further investigation.
Regarding your profile being level 1, this was an issue that arose and affected a small number of players please see the below forum post:

I have attempted to connect via WiFi, 4G, and 3G. I have deleted app cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled app. I have changed languages to alternate English settings and still no luck.
I note this doesn't appear to a isolated case going through the other threads.
