Loading in Game (preloading party member)

I’m stuck on preloading... and tried every step you suggested and still doesn’t work. Come on this is an on going thing. You guys can’t fix the promblem?!

Got it, thanks! Do you have any other PSN IDs on your PS4? If so, what happens if you try playing Apex on one of those other accounts? I'm curious if this is only happening with this specific account.

@EA_Kent It’s the same on every account, currently tried everything I can think of this fix this and it’s odd because my friends don’t have it nor do streamers

If it happens with multiple accounts it sounds like there's a local issue that's been causing this to happen. Do you have access to a PC on the same network as your PlayStation? If so, can you try running a UOTrace? That will give us a more detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's something happening in between we should be able to see it.
