Llama Zoom truck arrives, but I can't start a Llama Zoom [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After updating the game, try to start a Llama Zoom when the truck arrives.
What do you expect to see? Restore Llama Zoom

Additional feedback Force stopping the game and clearing the cache does not resolve the issue.

Llama truck is here, but every time I click Emily says "did you check out all of the new home goods and clothing yet?". When I exit the message, the truck is still there but no option to start a zoom. I have tried force stopping and clearing the cache; it does not resolve the issue.  

Update: I had to wait for the truck to leave on its own since I couldn't send it away. When it arrived this morning, I tried again but I'm still getting the same message every time I click the truck. If this issue isn't resolved, I won't be able to participate in events that require Llama Zoom.

Update again: Just for giggles, I updated my phone (I rarely play on my phone but it's installed) and clicked right through it, started a Llama Zoom, and exited the phone. When I started the game on my tablet, the zoom was still there so I guess this issue is resolved for me.

Similar happened to me long time ago and I kept just hitting the x on the upper corner for like a day and getting nowhere with llamazooms. Then I accidentally just tapped in the middle of the screen and the tasks opened 🤦‍♀️ And then I was thinking that was there really an issue with the llamazooms or is this just some poorly designed message in the game which I was apparently slow on realizing how to clear it and move forward 🤷‍♀️ 😆

The llama zoom truck comes to my house I click on it and the girl appears and says business doing so well she can get business cards.  I can’t complete tasks because of this.  I updated my iPad as well as downloaded all updates to the game.  It’s been doing this for a couple of days now.

That's right. This is not new and very confusing. That initial image with some dialogue should disappear when you tap on the middle of your screen ao you can get access to LZ task choices.

Hope this could be improved some day soon
