How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, on my end it won't show me any of the play off events, I've missed out on a lot of gear, xp and money as a result
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot play the live event
What should be happening instead? I should be able to pay
How severe is the bug? B - Major
- I haven't been able to resolve this issue with the ea help centre, even though they provided me with loads of troubleshooting to go through.
Even though playoff events are featured on the home screen, when I press it they don't appear.
This is as a result has meant I have missed out on whole gear sets and the XP and money that comes along when playing a game.
