Likes and Dislikes Tab Won't Stay Minimised

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In a sim's Simology tab, minimise the Likes and Dislikes tab.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Likes and Dislikes tab won't stay minimised in some cases.
What do you expect to see? That the Likes and Dislikes tab stays minimised.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

These are the situations, that I've found, where the Likes and Dislikes tab doesn't stay minimised:
- Changing between sims
- Going into build mode and back into live mode

- Going into world view and back into the household

- When clicking on the travelling option on the phone
